Gregor Gardner is a seasoned, independent leadership development consultant whose services include co-creation and facilitation of leadership-related training, support for organizational change initiatives, and executive coaching. Gregor has a passion for supporting individuals, and organizations in a process of honest self-assessment, helping them to define and prioritize their development needs and leverage their key strengths to achieve their authentic personal and professional goals.

Gregor has spent more than two decades educating and coaching professionals at a wide array of Fortune 500 companies around the world. He has worked with international clients from a diverse spectrum of industries, including automotive, banking, commodities, consumer goods, education, electro-technology, healthcare, high tech, media, pharmaceuticals, professional services, telecom, shipping, and solar energy.
