Christina has designed and developed leadership training programs currently in use at leading global firms. She has coached senior executives from managing directors to CEO's in corporate as well as entrepreneurial settings. As a former Director of Learning and Development at Fidelity Investments, she brings first-hand management experience to her leadership consulting work with senior executives from around the world.
Drawing from her doctoral work on adult learning and leadership at Columbia University, and her experience as a global executive coach, Christina has developed a unique and highly insightful advanced leadership coaching skills for empowering both individuals and intact management teams. She utilizes a supportive but candid approach to eliminating the restrictive beliefs and behaviors that often place innate leadership strengths just beyond an executive's reach.
