Kate has trained, coached or consulted in twenty plus countries with individuals from over fifty nations.
Kate engages individuals at all levels from senior executives to staff around issues of trust, effective communication, purpose and vision, and global leadership. She actively helps organizations and individuals explore the mindsets and behaviors that either advance or hinder growth, and develop actionable plans to be optimally effective. Her work has been the subject of media worldwide, including CNN's Business Traveler and the Dubai daily Gulf News. Kate is a frequent presenter at international conferences on the dynamics of culture and leadership in organizations. Her best-known research has focused on profiling the intercultural field as well as debunking the popular U-curve model of adjustment.

After having lived in Spain, Japan, France, the UK, and Denmark, Kate has now settled back in the Bay Area of California with her husband. She enjoys travel, photography, jewelry making, outdoor adventures, and in general, good company, conversation and connection.
