She actively helps organizations and individuals explore the mindsets and behaviors that either advance or hinder growth, and develop actionable plans to be optimally effective. Her work has been the subject of media worldwide, including CNN's Business Traveler and the Dubai daily Gulf News. Kate is a frequent presenter at international conferences on the dynamics of culture and leadership in organizations. Her best-known research has focused on profiling the intercultural field as well as debunking the popular U-curve model of adjustment.
