Camilla Beglan

Global Practitioner

Having spent her first ten years in international sales, Camilla spent 12 years with PwC consulting to private and public sector organisations in the areas of strategy, organisational re-structuring, change as well as enterprise development and venture capital policy. She also led a Global Leadership, Learning and Development function for a 35,000 employee organisation. Her wide and varied business background gives her hugely valuable insight into the business issues which her clients face and she is convinced about the connection between impactful leader development and sustainable market-beating growth and profitability.

Her many years in business gave her exposure to leaders at the highest levels and she observed and participated in forums where the quality of decision-making was across a spectrum in terms of sustainability and effectiveness. Her subsequent years working with leaders from a development perspective shone a light on why that was the case. Camilla specialises in helping leaders to close the gap between what they do and what they are capable of doing all in the interests of better decision-making: for them; for their organisations; for their people; and for society more widely.

Camilla works with existing or emerging leaders to support them in being more centered, deliberate and thinking professionals, in particular in the face of very complex, often unplannable and always fast, internal and external working environments. When she’s not doing that, she’s with her husband and two children in Berlin, where they currently reside.
